What is Fred's Planner?
An internal task tool for employees at Blomsterverden. Only accounts on the company's own Google Workspace domains can sign in.
What information do we use?
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, your email address and your profile picture. We use them only to sign you in and to show who is responsible for a task or wrote a comment. We don't ask for access to your email or calendar.
If you link a file or folder from Google Drive, Google asks you to grant access to the items you pick (the “drive.file” permission). We only store the link, name and icon — we never read the rest of your Drive.
To suggest an area for new tasks, the task title is sent to an AI model via Vercel AI Gateway. Titles are not used to train models.
Where is the data stored?
Data is stored in the EU: the database at Neon in Frankfurt, the application at Vercel in Frankfurt, and uploaded files privately in Vercel Blob in Frankfurt (only signed-in colleagues can open them). We don't share the information with anyone else and don't use it for marketing.
